"In the wake of September 11th, we are offering a message of hope to cities nationwide."

Campus Crusades for Christ Int. produced a unique evangelical brochure in response to the events of 9/11. This booklet was on the streets in New York within days after the tragedy and people were literally taking them from volunteers before they could be even be handed out. Since then, over 10 million copies (including variations) have been distributed across America for Christmas, Easter, National Day of Prayer, and even for the Winter Olympics. And the effort continues as churches are using them for numerous local events, for visitor gifts, and other outreach opportunities.

Mission America and the Lighthouse Movement joined with CCCi encourage churches across America to hold Remembrance Services on September 11th, 2002 to commemorate the 911 tragedy and to share with local communities the peace and comfort which can only be found in Jesus Christ. It is estimated that over 100,000 churches throughout the U.S. participated with services designed to reach out to their communities on that special day.
