There are several approaches which have been used successfully to establish Lighthouses. LightShine Ministries is pleased to help you church in any way it can. Here are three of the more popular methods.

1) LightShine will meet with church leaders to help them establish a Lighthouse strategy and help equip them with resources so that they can establish and maintain Lighthouses within the church. LightShine maintains regular communication with the Church Lighthouse Facilitator so that they can be kept current about new resources and various Lighthouse events or opportunities.

2) LightShine will present Lighthouses to your church during regular service times, help sign up those who want to become Lighthouses, and assist in the training and equipping of those Lighthouses. The Church Lighthouse Facilitator is the primary person the pastor works with to maintain the Lighthouses, but LightShine is available to help with ongoing training or other needs.

3) Churches can obtain training materials from LightShine Ministries, H.O.P.E. Ministries,  the Lighthouse Movement, or from any of several other sources. Or they can develop their own in-house materials.  LightShine will make its services available, including the monthly Lighthouse Beacon Newsletter and other training materials, if the church should desire.
